BED CONFIGURATIONS

RATES INCLUDES :
•	Rates are quoted with buffet breakfast.
•	Rates for Executive Floor & Suites are inclusive of Complimentary Continental Breakfast, evening cocktail at the Executive Lounge, complimentary fruit basket and Newspaper.
•	All the above rates are inclusive of in-room Coffee/Tea making facilities.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :
•	All Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia
•	Rates are quoted nett inclusive of 10% service and 5% Government Tax and are subject to change without prior notice.
•	Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM50.00 nett per bed per night with one breakfast.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•	Children accommodated in the same room with accompanying adults will not be charged so long as an extra bed is not required.
•	Request for extra bed have to be made prior to check in.
•	Hotel Airport transfers( Tawau New Airport) are available and chargeable at RM50.00 nett per person ( round trip ).
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice
•	Payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit
•	Extended Check-Out :
	Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed
	After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY
•	One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

EXTRA BEDS

Extra bed are chargeable at RM50.00 nett per bed per night with one
breakfast.
Children accommodated in the same room with accompanying
adults will not be charged so long as an extra bed is not required.
